I have never encountered such unprofessional and misleading staff and management in my life. My experience purchasing a car from your dealership was one of the worst I’ve had in the United States. When I initially selected a vehicle on your website, it was listed with a discount of over $7,000. However, when I visited in person, the price offered to me was around $80,000 — significantly higher than the website’s listed price. I refused the offer and left. Later, I received a call from your team saying that if I came in the same day, I would receive an additional $5,000 discount. But when I returned, the price still did not match the website listing. Even after showing the online price, no one honored it — instead, they quoted a higher price. Because I urgently needed the vehicle, I accepted it. Regarding financing, I was initially told that the interest rate was 10%. I agreed and paid a $1,000 down payment. However, when I returned the next day, they said the rate had changed to 12.5%. I refused to proceed under those terms and asked for my money back, which I thankfully received. A few days later, one of your employees called me again and told me to come back and get the car at the original 10% rate. But when I showed up, I was told that the person who called me had no authority and wasn’t allowed to make that offer. Eventually, I ended up purchasing the vehicle with a 12% interest rate. I’ve purchased several cars from various dealerships across the U.S., but I’ve never witnessed such disorganized, deceptive, and unprofessional behavior. Everything I said and experienced is likely recorded in your cameras and system, and I encourage you to review it. I sincerely hope no other customer has to go through the kind of misleading experience I did. I strongly request that your management investigate this issue seriously and ensure your staff treats future clients with honesty and professionalism. With this kind of experience, I doubt any customer would want to return to your dealership.
